Pumpkin Hot Toddy
Fresh Pumpkin, Pumpkin Pie Spice, Burton’s Estate Maple Syrup, Applejack, Jamaican Potstill Rum, Pumpkin Seeds 12

We saved you at least two days of work on enjoying this treat
at home. We blended Laird’s Applejack and pot still Jamaican
Rum, then infused them with ginger, nutmeg, cardamom, star
anise, cinnamon, allspice and turmeric. We then roasted and
puréed fresh local pumpkins, reserving the seeds which we
roasted and salted for a garnish. The pumpkin purée is married
with the spirit infusion and Burton’s Pure Maple Syrup.
All you have to do is add steaming hot water to enjoy this toddy. Garnish with lemon zest and grated nutmeg.
