Filet Mignon Dinner
Smoked Peppercorn 6oz Crusted Filet Mignon, Veggie du Jour, Mashed Kinnebeck Potatoes, Chateau Nomad Bordelaise.
Filet is hot smoked to a perfect Medium Rare. To enjoy, open a bottle of red and set your table. Next, preheat oven to 375F and bring a pot of water to a simmer. Place your dinner plate in a warm place, such as on your stove top. Place your veggie bag in the simmering water to heat. Sear filet in a touch of butter or olive oil for 30 seconds on each side, then place in the oven for 6 minutes. While steak is heating, microwave your potatoes for 2 minutes. (You may also remove the veggies from the plastic and microwave them on a plate instead of 5 minutes in a pot of simmering water). Place steak on your warm plate. Pour your Chateau Nomad Bordelaise in your steak Pan to reheat. Portion your veggies (including the sauce cryo-vaced with it) and potatoes. Finish the sauce with a sprig of Rosemary. Bon Appetite!
