Full rack of Maple & Oak Smoked Baby Back Ribs
Our Baby Back Back Ribs have been dry rubbed for days, massaged like a crowned Kobe Cow. They are then smoked for hours with Maple and Oak hardwood, and then finally sauced with our classic Twisted Spoke BBQ sauce. Your rack (13 ribs)
is fully cooked. You have a couple options to heat them.
First and easiest is to pop the foil pouch in the oven at 325 to 350 for 40 to 50 minutes. While that is happening, warm up the sauce in a small pan on the stove, low flame so you don’t burn the sauce, stirring frequently.
Option number two would be to fire up the Webber and heat them up over a little charcoal.
Do not char them over really hot coals, you are just getting them up to serving temp, use low to medium heat, flipping them frequently.
Third option would be the old microwave for a couple minutes. Remember to remove the foil before nuking them.
