Your delicious, flavor paradigm-changing whole chicken has been fully cooked in the French Sous-vide method to seal in all its juices, then chilled so it is good in your refrigerator for 10 days to heat and eat. Your bird Freezes beautifully as well. If you freeze it, thaw for 24 hours in the refrigerator before following heating instructions. 
Plan on 45 minutes of heating from refrigerator to your table.
