Many people refer to gin as the world’s first flavored vodka, which makes many of us spirits geeks recoil just a tad bit, but it’s true! Gin is fundamentally a neutral spirit that is flavored with juniper (among other things). Join us as we explore this spirit’s origins, the great variety of different gins on the market, and its applications in classic and present-day cocktails.  $35, RSVP required to rachel@lushwineandspirits.com

Practice makes perfect, so the more tasting you do, the better you become at discerning the subtle nuances of aroma, flavor, and essential terroir of each wine. Each Sunday from 2 - 5 pm, Lush will have focused tastings guided by friendly wine geeks to help make you the practiced lush you esteem to be. These events are always complimentary. Referred to by many as “the heartbreak grape”, Pinot Noir has the ability to entice our minds and palates. A delicate, hard-to-grow grape, Pinot can be breathtaking when done right (and tragic when done wrong!). Navigate with this fickle grape through its home in Burgundy, to California, Oregon, New Zealand, South America, Germany, and Austria and discover what makes it tick.  $50, RSVP required to rachel@lushwineandspirits.com

LUSH likes a good party.

Whether a private shindig, a full out dinner event on the patio, or a simple sniff, swirl, and sip at the tasting bar, LUSH has all sorts of good times.  Holler at us to join in on the fun!
