We never get the post-holiday blues, because January means that one of our very favorite beers, Bell's Hopslam, is going to be released. A totally brutal hop explosion, tempered a bit by the addition of honey to the brewing process, this is a delicious little beastie that is strong enough to stand up to even the worst of your Seasonal Affective Disorder.
